These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Bedhampton Tyres which is a trading name of Ford Lane Tyres Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to you, the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking or receiving our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods and services from us.


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website.


2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We supply and fit:

  • Wheel Balancing
  • Wheel Alignment
  • Puncture Repairs
  • Mobile Tyre Fitting (View website terms)
  • TPMS Services


We provide Autocare Services:

  • Brake Repairs
  • Car Battery Replacement
  • Exhaust Replacement
  • Car Servicing
  • Car Diagnostics
  • Car Air-Conditioning
  • Car Suspension Repairs


All products and services are subject to availability.


4. ORDERS

  • Orders placed via the website constitute an offer to purchase.
  • Orders are not binding until confirmed by us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.


You are responsible for ensuring all vehicle details entered are correct.


5. PRICING

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may include fitting, balancing and disposal unless separately itemised.
  • Additional work identified during fitting will not be carried out without your consent.


We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors.


7. QUOTATIONS

  • All quotations are valid from 7 days from the date of issue, unless they include a specific promotional offer which has an earlier expiry date. The expiry date of promotional offers will be clearly marked.
  • Once Services have started you will be informed immediately of any additional work identified. A new printed quotation will be produced on request and additional work will only be carried out with your consent.


8. PAYMENT

  • Payment may be made via:
  • Debit or credit card
  • Online payment gateway
  • Any other method shown at checkout


Payment must be received in full before goods are fitted or released unless otherwise agreed.


9. TYRE FITTING BOOKING

When booking a fitting appointment:

  • Appointment times are given as morning or afternoon as sometimes we cannot guarantee exact start times.
  • You must arrive at the agreed time on booking – morning or afternoon.
  • Your vehicle must be roadworthy unless agreed otherwise.
  • Locking wheel nuts must be provided where applicable.


Rescheduling of booking:

  • Bookings can be rescheduled to an alternative date (subject to availability at the discretion of Bedhampton Tyres) provided one clear working day between rescheduling and the original appointment (e.g. appointments for Thursday can be rescheduled up to midnight on Tuesday).


If you fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee or cancel your order.


10. SERVICE CANCELLATION

If you book tyre fitting or auto care services:

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Late cancellations may incur a reasonable charge.


If work has begun with your consent, you may be required to pay for work completed.


11. LOCALE

  • Website purchases of Products and Services many be made by residents of, and/or individuals, located in the United Kingdom.
  • All Services provided or booked on the website are carried out of Our centres in the UK.


12. FAULTY GOODS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods are faulty:

  • You maybe entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Claims must be made within a reasonable time.
  • Evidence of purchase is required.


Tyre manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights.


13. WARRANTY

Tyres are covered by manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect inflation
  • Misalignment
  • Impact damage
  • Road hazards


14. Data Protection

We collect and store customer information solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in this Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded


Subject to this:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.


Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant goods or services.


16. VEHICLE CONDITION AND AUTHORITY

By instructing work, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to approve work on the vehicle
  • The vehicle is safe to work on
  • Any pre-existing faults have been disclosed


We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical failure unrelated to our services.


17. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods supplied remain the property of Ford Lane Tyres until paid in full.


18. WEBSITE USE

All website content, logos, text and images are owned by Ford Lane Tyres Ltd.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content
  • Use the website unlawfully
  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality


19. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
